Bei Fragen zu Versand, Tracking, Verzögerungen oder beschädigten Artikeln gib bitte deine Bestellnummer an. Bei beschädigter Ware sende uns nach Möglichkeit auch Fotos des Produkts und der Verpackung.
Widerruf & Rückgabe
Für reguläre, nicht personalisierte Produkte besteht grundsätzlich ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen ab Erhalt der Ware.
Für Produkte, die individuell nach deinen Angaben personalisiert wurden, kann das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen sein.

Order Enquiries
For questions about shipping, tracking, delays or damaged items, please include your order number. If an item arrives damaged, please also send photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
Withdrawal & Returns
For regular, non-personalised products, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the goods are received.
For products individually personalised according to your specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.
