Shipping resumes from January 7, 2026.

Thank you for shopping at Sonja Illustrated. The following Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Ordering & Shipping

We ship products from Austria to customers in Austria, Germany, and across Europe. All orders are processed with care to ensure your items arrive safely and in excellent condition.

2. Postage and Packaging

We offer art prints in the following formats:

A3: 29.7 Ă— 42 cm
A4: 21 Ă— 29.7 cm
A5: 14.8 Ă— 21 cm

Packaging

A4 and A5 prints: shipped flat with a cardboard backing in a rigid mailer.
A3 prints: shipped in a durable, protective mailing tube.

Product Details

All prints are high-quality digital reproductions on premium 220g white cardboard.
Prints arrive unframed, unless a frame was specifically requested.

Sweatshirts

80% cotton / 20% recycled polyester
OEKO-TEX® 100 certified
Vegan materials
Produced under fair working conditions
280 g/m²
Washable at 40°C / iron-friendly
Printed using DTF technology with OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified inks — safe for sensitive skin, including children.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the type of product and your delivery region:

Germany & Europe: €5 for prints, sweetshirts
Notebooks: €3
Cards or Card Sets: €3

You will see the exact shipping fee displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders over €250.

 

4. VAT and Taxes

All prices shown on our website include VAT (gross prices).
VAT exempt due to small business regulation

For customers outside the EU, please note:

Import duties, customs fees, or local sales taxes may apply.
These charges are not included in our prices.
They are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery.

5. Processing and Shipping Times

Processing means preparing your order before shipment. After your order is packed, it is handed over to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

Austria: 4–5 business days
Germany: approx. 10 business days
Europe: approx. 10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, holidays, customs delays, or unexpected carrier issues.

 

6. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped:

You will receive an order confirmation email.
After shipment, you will receive a tracking link (if available), so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

7. Free Returns (EU Return Right)

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving your package, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
The refund is normally processed within 2 weeks after your return arrives at our warehouse.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Made-to-order items
Customized items
Items purchased on sale or during special promotions

 

8. Return Shipping Costs

We strive to keep our product prices fair.
For this reason:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
These costs will be deducted from your refund if we provide the return label.

 

9. How to Return Your Order

To start a return:

  1. Email us at sonja@sonjaillustrated.com.

  2. We will send you a return form.

  3. Print the form:

    • Attach the top section to your package as the return label.

    • Place the bottom section inside the package.

  4. Send the package back using the provided instructions.

We will notify you via email once your return has been received and processed.
